Sick!

Lillie is sick. Just a cold...or some congestion that has come out in her eyes and caused pink eye. When babies can't release what's in their nose, it backs up in the tear ducts...weird! Well because it gets backed up, it stays in their eyes and can cause pink eye...very contagious. She woke up yesterday morning with some gunk (a word?) in her eye and I just watched it and kept cleaning it out throughout the day. This morning she couldn't open her eyes, so I made an appt and sure enough...pink eye. So after some eye drops for about 5 days, she'll be fine. Hopefully her congestion clears up as well in the meantime. It's been very dry here and that makes the house dry...please rain soon!! So we plugged up our house humidifier and hopefully that gets some moisture in the air soon.
