The hot water tank!!!!

I woke up this morning and went to take a shower and NO hot water. So, we are not going to church now and I had to go out and buy the element for the hot water tank. This is the 4th time in 4 years that this has happened. We have a home warranty on the whole house but for their visit I would pay $55 and the element is only $19 and I know how to change it, it just takes some time. So, Todd is coming over and is going to help me change the element so we can have hot water. It never fails that whenever one of us leaves, something goes wrong with this house or something else. Since Terry has been gone, I've had a problem with the heater/heat pump and now this.

Same things always happens to us. As soon as Fredrik went on business for work, our pellet burner stopped working (heats our hot water and heats our house). But unfortunately we have to have someone come look at it - it is a complicated machine.
